ELIZABETH STRATFORD

I was born in September 1982 at the womens hospital in Paddington. I now currently live in Kirrawee a small suburb near Cronulla and i love spending my weekends lazing around Cronulla or going down the south coast to Jervis Bay where my boyfriends parents have a holiday house.

When we are down at Jervis Bay we go scuba diving, this is my favourite hobby because it is like being in a different world, it is so relaxing, and you get to see lots of things that you can't on land, and if you are really lucky you might see a shark.

Over the Easter long weekend just gone i went to Cairns with my boyfriend and a couple of friends to go scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef. It was fantastic, the weather was sunny, but very windy, and we saw lots of sharks, turtles and fish. It is funny to see people fear sharks because once you are down in there environment, that fear disappears as you can see that they are totally unphased by you, it is amazing just to watch them move through the water. I am yet to see a whale, but i think that would be even more amazing than sharks. The turtles are probably the most interesting they are so friendly that you can go right up to them and they don't even flinch. I would recommend Scuba to anyone.

i am currently in my third year studying at Macquarie University, i study a Bachelor of Applied Finance/Commerce in Marketing, and i should complete my degreee at the end of 2005 if all goes well. When i finish my degree i hope to become a stockbroker, as i think that it will be a challenging and exciting job.

My boyfriend just recently purchased a house in Yagoona, so within the next month we will be moving there, it will be good to have more space than we currently do, and i am sure it will be a nice change.

Apart from studying at university i work part time at my boyfriends mechanic workshop doing all the book work, answering phones and picking up parts etc. It is pretty fun however all the grease gets annoying, especially when the mechanics touch the phones or computer. I also tutor a year 12 student in mathematics which can be challenging sometimes because i have to try and remember everything i learnt four years ago at high school.

If i have any free time after work and uni i like to visit my nieces and nephews, my sister has two daughters, my other sister has a son and my boyfriends sister has two boys, they are all under the age of four and are absolutely gorgeous, although i am probably bias. They can all walk and the youngest three are just starting to talk so thats a lot of fun. The only bad thing about them is that you always want to buy everything for them, and it is hard to say no to such cute faces.
